Polyflor Forest FX Installation – Primary School, North Common

At a Primary School in North Common, Bristol, we were contracted to supply and fit Polyflor Forest FX flooring — a durable, hygienic, and easy-to-clean surface ideal for busy educational environments.

When we arrived on site, we quickly discovered that the existing latex had failed and was coming up in several areas, with depths of up to 12mm. This unexpected issue meant additional preparation work was needed to ensure a smooth, stable subfloor before any fitting could begin.

Despite the setback, our team acted quickly to remove and repair the affected areas. Through careful coordination and extra hours on site, we managed to complete all remedial work and installation within the original three-day timescale.

The finished Polyflor Forest FX floor looks fantastic and will stand up to years of daily foot traffic from pupils and staff. By working efficiently and flexibly, we were able to overcome challenges and still deliver a high-quality result — on time and to the client’s satisfaction.
